An Oude Graanjenever from the Netherlands named after one of my top 5 favourite animals - the elephant (other animals on the list include pugs, puffins and turtles). Yes, 'Olifant' is Dutch for 'Elephant'.
Quite oily, subtly malty, light oak bitterness. Juniper starts to take charge later on.
