Handsomely well-aged Grappa from Distilleria Gualco. They distil their spirit using a Bain-Marie still, and age this expression for 3 years in rather sizeable 1,000 litre casks.

Overall

Subtle oak-y elements come through from the maturation, supported by apricot and milk chocolate.
