Tosolini Grappa Prosecco Bottling Note
From the maestros of Grappa distillation - Bepi Tosolini - comes an expression produced using the pomace of the Prosecco grape, otherwise known as the Glera grape. A light, markedly sweet Grappa, with notes of pear, apples and a wistful waft of flower petals.
