From the Andrea Da Ponte range comes a well-matured Grappa, always a pleasant sight! This expression was made with the pomace from Glera grapes – fans of sparkling wine will likely know that Glera grapes are famous for their use in the mighty Prosecco (which is probably why this expression has been presented in a bottle that looks more like it'd have wine in it than a spirit). Following distillation, this expression matured for eight years, and has been bottle up at 42% ABV.
Delicate floral vanilla, with touches of roasted nuts, brioche, and grapefruit.
