Nose Clementine flesh and upside-down cake lead into the tropical tanginess of passion fruit. Milk chocolate and vanilla remain in the background but still noticeable, along with earthy juniper.
Palate Chocolate is more prominent on the palate, though it's swiftly followed by a heaping helping of passion fruit juiciness. More juniper notes offer a solid backbone, with citrus oils for company.
Finish Lingering bittersweet hints of passion fruit and orange peel, with cakey richness carrying it all.
Overall Instantly recognisable if you've tried Jaffa Cake Gin, but manages to be a drink all its own with the tropical addition of passion fruit.
