Nose: Clementine flesh and upside-down cake lead into the tropical tanginess of passion fruit. Milk chocolate and vanilla remain in the background but still noticeable, along with earthy juniper.

Palate: Chocolate is more prominent on the palate, though it's swiftly followed by a heaping helping of passion fruit juiciness. More juniper notes offer a solid backbone, with citrus oils for company.

Finish: Lingering bittersweet hints of passion fruit and orange peel, with cakey richness carrying it all.

Overall: Instantly recognisable if you've tried Jaffa Cake Gin, but manages to be a drink all its own with the tropical addition of passion fruit.
