Zanzibar Liquor
This exotically spiced gin takes its inspiration from the tropical island archipeligo of Zanzibar, which played a part in the historic global spice trade. Botanicals include cloves, cardamom, black pepper, star anise, and cinnamon, all grown by local partners on the islands. Enjoy neat or with tonic and ice, garnished with a slice of grapefruit or pineapple.
Fragrant spices ride throughout, with subtle sweetness, warming notes of cinnamon and pepper, a touch of liquorice, and peppery juniper.
Really interesting Gin - its spice forward without being overpowering like an Ophir. You can taste the notes of Anise, Cardamom and Cinnamon with a slight black pepper spice at the end. Enjoyed in a G&T. Tried as a Negroni with some great success!
