The vibrant spirit infuses a gin base with tangy rhubarb and velvety honey, with the latter tempering the tartness of the former. A well balanced gin that does very nicely paired with ginger ale, or in warm apple juice to make a boozy, liquid version of apple and rhubarb crumble!
Sweet berries alongside sharp rhubarb, with silky honey and peppery juniper leading to the finish.
