Withers Gin G1 70cl

It's the very first release from Withers Gin, rather suitably dubbed G1! It boasts eight botanicals including heartsease flower (the star of the show) as well as pink grapefruit zest and cardamom. The key botanical is by no means a random choice as heartsease is a flower of remembrance, and the distillery donates 10% from each bottle to cancer charities, a cause which is rather personal to the folks behind the spirits. Garnish this one in a G&T with a wedge of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.
