Witchmark Single Origin Black Lime Gin
This gin from Wiltshire's Witchmark distillery is made with an array of exotic spices and botanicals. With bold juniper and coriander at its core, black (dried) lime brings smoky tang, joined by a warming lift from Szechuan pepper, zesty, floral elderberry and yuzu, and earthy depth from clove and orris root. A great choice for a Negroni, or try this in a G&T with a wedge of lime.
