The Winchester Distillery have continued to create seasonal variations of their wonderful Hampshire Fine Dry Gin (check out the Summer and Autumn expressions) with their Winter Wassail Gin. This tipple features a selection of winter spices at its core, alongside Bramley apple, quince and cranberry!
The apple and cranberry influence is up-front and intense, with underlying cinnamon and nutmeg spiciness. Juniper is present and slightly oily.
