They pot distil six traditional botanicals (juniper berries, liquorice root, coriander seed, bitter orange peel, angelica root and calamus root) before blending in their own malt spirit. It is then allowed to rest in lightly toasted French oak casks before being bottled. You can't go wrong serving this in a Martinez.
Prominent earthy and sweet notes from liquorice, alongside peppery juniper, orange peel and sweet oak spice.
