Chase Rhubarb & Apple Gin

An excellent expression from the folks at Chase, taking great whacks of inspiration from autumnal flavours. You've got your rhubarb. You've got your Bramley apple. You've got tasty gin earthy notes to balance them all out. Basically this couldn't taste more like autumn unless you served it from a woolly hat filled with roast potatoes (not advisable). Wonderful stuff.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Cooked fruit with a sprinkle of brown sugar, peppery juniper and earthy clove, a kick of cinnamon, subtly tangy rhubarb coming through on the mid-palate.

I've been really good, can I have

Hold on, what's this?

Incredible
I love the Chase Pink Grapefruit gin (and went through more bottles than I'd like to admit over the summer) but now that summer is over and the nights are drawing in I wanted to switch to something different. Well Chase have done it again! This gin amazing and is exactly the autumnal tipple that I've searching for. I've been putting it with Mediterranean tonic. Thank you Chase!

Outstanding
It isn't a liqueur, as a previous review suggests. Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur falls into that category but not this. So utterly drinkable. Just a shame it's so expensive.
