The distillers behind Chase Gin have astutely figured out that combining pink grapefruit and pomelo makes for a supremely bright, zippy gin, topped off by its blushing pink hue. As you probably worked out already, this makes a brilliant G&T and shines in all manner of citrusy summery serves.
Fresh tropical fruit notes sit up front, with plenty of enjoyable citrus acidity at its core. Juniper notes act as a spicy foil to the full-bodied sweetness.
Of all the pink gins available on the market, this is one of the best. As soon as you open the bottle you can smell the fresh grapefruit & pomelo even on the other side of the room! Would recommend spending that little bit more and buying the pink grapefruit because of the quality.
