This is something very different, a must try!
A truly unique gin. Full of flavour, you can really taste the natural freshness of apples coming through from the underlying spirit. Williams Elegant 48 Gin is another fantastic product coming out of Chase Distillery who seem to set the bench mark for single estate distilling.
Great long drink, recommend with Fevertree ElderFlower tonic.
As a vodka it's great, as a gin its lacking
I really love the William Chase Extra Dry Gin. I can't relate to this particular gin - I can't put my finger on what is not right for me - until I read a review just below and thought, "that's it, odd taste".
