Cubical Kiss Gin

Cubical Kiss Gin Bottling Note

A gin initially released for the Spanish market but distilled at Langley's, Botanic uses Buddha's hand (a funky, fashionable and delicious Asian citrus fruit) as a key ingredient alongside the likes of juniper, coriander, angelica, orange peel, lemon peel, orris, licorice, cassia and almond. For Botanic Kiss strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are also used and lend this gin its pretty hue.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fruity berries and citrus, perfumed, Campino sweets, earthy blackcurrant and soft juniper.

Yum yum yum
As a slightly, potentially arrogant, attested gin conosieur, this is a gin you can savour on the rocks or with tonic. Thoroughly enjoyable and startled that another reviewer poured theirs down the drain. I'd say lip smackingly delicious. I didn't buy from this website- actually sampled in Dubai- now as an expat looking for the best deal to ensure this little bottle ends up in my gin cupboard. Only thing is- it is small compatible to other bottles. Drink wisely with proper amigos to avoid wastage. Save the tanquery for the casual drink.

Delicious
I love the taste and smell of this gin.

If you like the gin style that has been influenced by the Spanish approach to gin drinking (balloon glass, plenty of ice, good quality tonic and yummy botanicals) this is one to try.

Works fabulously with lots of ice, fever tree tonic, a wedge of lime (run it around the rim of the glass for extra loveliness) and a couple of freakish raspberries.

Overkill
I am a huge fan of W & H Botanic, one of my very favourite gins. However, sadly the Botanic Kiss is less than one would wish a kiss to be.

It is totally overpowered with the smell and taste raspberry - it tastes as if a bottle of gin has had a few tablespoons of sherbet added to it, I was so looking forward to tasting it, unfortunately it went down the drain.
