Made with a simple but robust selection of botanicals including juniper, Angelica Root, Calamus Root, and Coriander, Colonsay Gin is bottled at 47% ABV, making it a good choice for cocktails and mixed drinks.
I visited colonsay for the weekend and thought I would give it a try knowing the were a local distillery. I wasn't impressed though.Very average Gin at a premium price.Nice bottle design but apart from that no stand out features for me.
Im an avid collector of interesting regional gin. I wasn't overwhelmed with excitement upon taste however.
I visited colonsay for the weekend and bought a bottle on my return to London.Wasnt keen in all honestly on the taste.The bottle design is nice but it's very similar to Gordon's and double the price.
Bland flavour and not overly impressed.
I wasnt impressed with the liquid.It was too overpowering and tasted like it was made with flavour compound
