A variation on the Whittaker's Gin recipe incorporating pink peppercorn and hibiscus, resulting in a faint pink hue.
Subtly spicy, the peppercorn helping to buff-up the peppery juniper. Elegant floral notes give balance, and a herbaceous hint of thyme hides on the finish.
