A Navy Strength variation of the Harrogate Distillery's Whittaker's Gin, made with juniper, coriander, angelica root, bilberries, hawthorne berries, bog myrtle and thyme. The additional ABV gives a hearty boost to the herbaceous botanicals, though juniper still stays up front.
Richly herbal, with robust notes of thyme at the core. Peppery, oily juniper develops later, with a touch of sweet citrus.
