While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family's homestead.
Enjoyably fruity on the nose, with rhubarb preserve and baked apple. Hints of leafy herbs grow in the background.
Orange, ginger and coriander arrive on the palate, though it's still dominated by rhubarb. A core of earthy juniper builds.
A tangy touch of tartness appears later on, balanced by black pepper and gingerbread.

Very enjoyable with a refreshers type hit to the nose. There is much less of a bitter aftertaste that you can get. Very drinkable indeed.
I really love this gin and would say it's the best I've tasted! I think the sweetness takes away from the bitter taste gin can have and I absolutely love the smell! I've had a few flavoured gins from different manufacturers and in my opinion this one is the best! Anyone who doesn't like it can send the bottles to me!!! (I'm just drinking it like a normal gin with tonic water and it's lovely!)
I am hooked on this gin a great flavour its my favourite tipple.
I adore this gin! Delicious with ginger beer (not ale) and a slice of lime - I can't get enough of the stuff.
Fabulous gin served with a dash of dry ginger ale. Ive tried lots and lots and lots of gins but as a flavoured gin this is my favourite at the moment perfect for summer as a lovely no drnk or have it on its own it is delicious.
