While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family's homestead.
Enjoyably fruity on the nose, with rhubarb preserve and baked apple. Hints of leafy herbs grow in the background.
Orange, ginger and coriander arrive on the palate, though it's still dominated by rhubarb. A core of earthy juniper builds.
A tangy touch of tartness appears later on, balanced by black pepper and gingerbread.

Tastes soapy. Not much rhubarb in this.
yuk yuk yuk... Id tried the Edinburgh rhubarb gin and loved that. As I'd heard great things about the Whitely rhubarb gin I decided to try it. Cant stand it! Awful taste!
Absolutely beautiful! I had it with tonic but I'm thinking soda water next time to let the sweetness come through.
The mix of flavours doesn’t work and ginger is actually unplesent
Best gin on the market. Don’t ever stop making it!
