While the original Whitley Neill Gin is inspired by the exotic flavours of Africa, their Rhubarb & Ginger Gin variation takes inspiration from closer to the Whitley family's homestead.
Enjoyably fruity on the nose, with rhubarb preserve and baked apple. Hints of leafy herbs grow in the background.
Orange, ginger and coriander arrive on the palate, though it's still dominated by rhubarb. A core of earthy juniper builds.
A tangy touch of tartness appears later on, balanced by black pepper and gingerbread.

I’m not a big gin drinker but everyone was raving about rhubarb and ginger flavour - we love it - I’ve just poured a glass with prosecco and ginger beer !
This is one of my favourite gins! So much so that I have ordered more. I have this with ginger ale and is easy to drink.
Love it. My husband gave me a gift set for the 4th anniversary of him proposing to me. It is delicious.
Good with fever tree ginger ale. Warner Edwards rhubarb gin probably better though. Still good.
Does not work with quite a lot of mixers. A decent ginger ale and lime bring out the best in it and then it is delicious. Not ginger beer though! Don’t make that mistake.
