Whitby Gin is a London dry expression made with a combination of traditional gin botanicals and ingredients from the coast and moorland close to Yorkshire. One the traditional side, you have juniper, coriander, liquorice and citrus, while on the local side you have heather tip, Yorkshire moors honey and sugar kelp.

Piney, resinous, a tad of sweetness and makes a lovely G and T. A lovely drop in an excellent bottle. The whitby gets you all riled up to boot.
One of my favourites - the touch of seaweed makes for an interesting taste, similar to Harris gin. Makes a really good G&T...

Gorgeous. Along with Whittaker’s original, also from Yorkshire, one of the more memorable craft gins which will always be on my shopping list.
