This here is an Old Tom variation of the award-winning Whitby Gin. Local wild botanicals from the Yorkshire moors are used to add a sweeter dimension to the gin, including honey and hand-picked gorse. A brilliant modern take on the classic Victorian gin.

A Yorkshire gin for Yorkshire day, and oh boy what a gin. Nicely flavoured, not unholy amounts of juniper to cover rough spirit. A very chemical nose but so soft and smooth on the palate. The honey notes really comes out with a good tonic. Really top notch.
