The particular expression juxtaposes the coastal awesomeness of locally-foraged rock samphire with the sweetness (and enjoyable bitterness) of pink grapefruit, alongside classic juniper spice.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh grapefruit arrives first, shortly followed by oily juniper and intense cinnamon warmth. Savoury samphire gives it an earthy, coastal edge.
