Distilled in Norfolk, it's the Signature Dry Gin from the WhataHoot range! There's the usual suspects here including juniper, coriander and citrus, along with some more local Norfolk botanicals with sea samphire and lavender. The folks behind the gin don't believe in perfect serves, encouraging you to experiment with it however you want!
