It's the Wyvern's Classic Gin from the Wessex distillery! The botanicals are infused for 12 hours before they're distilled for this fiery, spicy expression – possibly a nod to the non-fire-breathing wyverns that once (maybe) roamed the lands of Wessex. Give it a go in a Martini with a twist of pink grapefruit.

Peppery and warming, with plenty of juniper and liquorice at its core. Sweeter hints of honey and lemon develop, but spicy note sticks around throughout.

This is a very smooth, subtle tasting gin. Not at all bitter like other gins. Just add a very high quality tonic and the tiniest hint of lemon over ice and enjoy. So refreshing
