The botanicals are infused for 12 hours before they're distilled for this fiery, spicy expression – possibly a nod to the non-fire-breathing wyverns that once (maybe) roamed the lands of Wessex. Give it a go in a Martini with a twist of pink grapefruit.

Wessex Distillery was awarded the IWSC 2022 UK Gin Producer of the Year trophy.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

This is a very smooth, subtle tasting gin. Not at all bitter like other gins. Just add a very high quality tonic and the tiniest hint of lemon over ice and enjoy. So refreshing
