Wessex Gooseberry & Elderflower Gin 70cl

This rather vibrant bottle is the work of the folks at Wessex Distillery! The gin combines elderflower and English gooseberries with some other traditional botanicals, all bottled up in this striking vessel. Pair it with tonic and a garnish of fresh mint leaves for an ultimately refreshing serve.

Wessex Distillery was awarded the IWSC 2022 UK Gin Producer of the Year trophy.

Much like a fine wine, some sediment may evolve in the bottle over time. This is due to the natural interaction between the real fruit ingredients and the spirit, and does not affect the ever-evolving flavour of the gin. You can pour the gin off the sediment, or simply shake it in.
