A wonderful Raspberry Gin from the Weetwood Distillery in Cheshire. Each small batch takes a whopping six weeks to make, and alongside 15 other botanicals the base spirit is then infused with raspberries. Sporting a delicate shade of pink, this looks like the perfect accompaniment to a warm summer evening.
Juniper is still prominent alongside citrus peel and fresh, juicy raspberry with a hint of tartness.
