Harrington Dry Gin (70cl)

Produced on the Falls Farm in Northamptonshire by Warner Edwards, Harrington Dry is a delicious gin. It's based on barley spirit which is flavoured with eleven botanicals sourced from farms in Wales and England. These include juniper, elderflower and coriander.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Wonderfully aromatic nose with an incredibly intense Eastern spice note. Notes of royal jelly, lavender and elderberries too, and perhaps just a hint of kola. After some time in the glass it gives up just the faintest wisp of something vaguely medicinal – almost like sticking plasters.

Palate A hint of malt kicks this off with an almost Jenever-style, followed quickly by a perfume-like delivery of acacia blossom and sweet, creamy juniper notes. All very oily and thick. Late palate there is just a dusting of turmeric and sherbet lemon.

Finish Stem ginger in syrup builds on the finish, providing a beautiful warmth alongside candied lemon peel. Sparkling… And just a faint suggestion of saffron.

Reviews for Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin (70cl)
Best gin I've ever tasted!
Had my first sip of Warner Edwards Harrington Gin and came looking for it's provenance online. I haven't ever come across anything so delicious! Amazing to find a gin that is different, I'm amazed that I haven't come across it before and bless the friend who gave me a miniature in my Christmas stockings!

I liked this gin, but feel it has a time and a place rather than a I want to drink all the time product. Goes really well with cardamon curry!

Amazing
Tried this on a tasting and it was totally surprising. One of the best gins that I have ever tasted - and I have tasted a few! Balanced, smooth but with a lot of florals and something just a little sweet and scrumptious that lifts it above anything I have tasted in a long time!
