A variation on Wardington's Ludlow Dry Gin recipe, this time featuring a bright bunch of botanicals like hibiscus, orange and pin peppercorn alongside a core of juniper, angelica, orris and coriander. Incredibly flavoursome stuff from the Welsh Marches.
Orange oil and juniper battle for dominance, with peppery heat in the background complementing the spicy coriander.

Amazing Gin! I love everything about it. I usually go for a gin with either hibiscus or orange and always add a pink peppercorn garnish so this is my idea of heaven. I thought that putting a hibiscus tonic with this gin would be too much but not at all! It is so refreshing and compliments the gin extremely well. Very easy to drink!
This is so smooth it can be enjoyed neat over ice or with a top quality tonic water. Very attractive bottle too.
