The folks at VodCorr in Hampshire have been getting busy with the botanicals to come up with this fabulously floral gin! Combining sweet violet and lavender, it'll do splendidly simply mixed in tonic, or add a splash to your Prosecco for some delicately perfumed sweetness.

Sweet florals lead the way with plenty of violet petals, dried lavender, and notes of the eponymous chalky sweeties, juniper nests well at the core, with a touch of zest, and gentle spice to finish.
