Who could have known that when Parma Violet sweeties were created back in 1946 that they would inspire a whole host of tasty spirits? This Parma Violet expression from Hooting Owl in Yorkshire is such a spirit, bursting full of floral violet sweetness and just asking to be put to good use in a cocktail.
