A cask-aged gin from the Two Birds folks in Market Harborough! Their Sipping Gin has a big focus on classic juniper freshness, and is combined with the spicy oak notes by being "Double Wooded" for three months.

Overall

Vibrant notes of oily juniper appear at first, before giving way to light vanilla bean and caramel. A touch of green peppercorn brings spicy warmth.
