Description
Hugely refreshing gin from Gloucestershire's Twisting Spirits micro-distillery, combining a selection of traditional gin botanicals with an emphasis on kaffir lime and lemongrass. They use a classic copper alembic pot still to do most of the distilling, while some specialist botanicals are treated to cold-distillation under vacuum to preserve their flavours. The distillers recommend trying this expression with a slice of jalapeño, which we're very curious about...
