A limited edition Sheffield Old Tom gin that is a collaboration between True North Brew Co and Simpkins Sweets. Made to mark confectionery Simpkins Sweet’s 100-year anniversary, this gin is infused with Simpkins’ well-known liquorice pellet brand Nipits. Simpkins has been based in Hillsborough since 1921 and this celebratory collaboration is a union of traditional sweet liquorice notes and juniper to balance the blend.
Liquorice and juniper led, with a well balanced sweetness and freshness that gives way to nostalgic sweet shop aromas.
