Cornish honey oak gin produced by the Trevethan Distillery. This lip-smacking gin is made using a steeping process rather than barrel-ageing – oak blocks sourced from the “green” centre of the tree soak in Cornish honey before they are infused in the distillery’s core Trevethan Cornish Gin for a period of six to eight weeks. The result is light, sweet, oaky spirit that lets the juniper sing. Each bottle of this small-batch beauty is hand-signed.
Smooth and soft, immediate honey oak sweetness is complemented by earthy juniper, fresh citrus and a herbal, floral kick.

I am on my fourth bottle. It is quite simply delicious.
Really very good, but drink it neat, or with a cube of ice in a martini glass. Tonics drown the drink, I tried it but thought I'd bought a duffer. I only discovered the joy of it as a last resort. I'm now two bottles down.
Got a bottle for my birthday , delicious and very smooth. Difficult to say which one I like more between this and Trevethan original
Possibly one of the best gins ever. Stunning taste. Smooth as described, with smoky notes leaving a slight sweetness of honey after taste. With a little Indian tonic and wedge of lemon you have perfection.
