It's the third volume of Copperfield London Dry Gin, created with another recipe inspired by historical recipes from library archives. This particular expression features the likes of juniper, sage, rosemary, wormwood, orange peel, lemon peel, star anise, cinnamon, coriander, orris, angelica and liquorice.
Toasty and warming, with a twist of orange peel sweetness alongside spicy cinnamon, juniper and earthy wormwood.
