Copperfield London Dry Gin is produced by the Surrey Copper Distillery, based on a recipe first published all the way back in 1757 by Ambrose Cooper. The recipe calls for a selection of 10 botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel, elderflower, angelica, cubeb berries, caraway, orris root, liquorice, cardamom and coriander. The gin's name comes from the Charles Dickens book, not the magician.
The aromas are incredibly crisp and beautifully balanced. Elderflower, white grape, citrus from lemon and lime, and a touch of peach provide fresh fruit notes, with juniper, liquorice root and Love Hearts sweets in support. Mandarin develops with time.
Fennel and cinnamon bring aromatic spice that cuts through icing sugar, piney juniper and a soft floral undertone. There’s plenty of ripe citrus there too.
Lime zest and black peppercorn linger.
A genuinely lovely take on the classic London dry style.

This is a gorgeous gin. I introduced someone new to Gin to Copperfield and she is now a dedicated fan
The nicest gin I have ever tasted. Thank you
Just discovered this new gin and it's stunning. Really lovely taste and smell. My new favourite.
Incredible taste and balance, with no need to drench this beauty in tonic. This gin stands alone. I'll never drink any other gin again!
Tasted this delightful gin at Dunsfold Wings & Wheels this year. I will be investing in a bottle! 100% worth the money.
