Small batch gin from the folks at The Spirit of Garstang in Lancashire, Garstang lays claim to being the world's first Fair Trade town, which is pretty cool! Sustainably sourced botanicals include the likes of makrut lime leaf, cardamom, and cubeb pepper, which achieve a wonderfully aromatic dry gin. Top stuff in tonic, and would make a great Martini, we reckon.
