Description
This gin from The Spirit of Bristol takes inspiration from the city's historic spice trade, and it's packed with an array of aromatic botanicals. The likes of cloves, cubeb peppers, and grains of paradise join cardamom and lime leaves, supporting a rich core of piney juniper at its heart. Try this mixed with Indian tonic or ginger beer, garnished with a slice of fresh lime.
