Description
This limited edition Drumshanbo Gin is unapologetically Mediterranean. Italian fig brings soft sweetness, while laurel adds an aromatic, almost culinary edge. Created in collaboration with mixologist Bruno Vanzan, it is designed to shine in cocktails but also performs beautifully over ice.

Nose
Fresh fig, juniper, bay leaf and citrus oil.
Palate
Juicy fruit sweetness, herbal depth, warming spice and crisp juniper backbone.
