Lovely gin, dry and a slight hint of anise. To me Mason's Yorkshire is top, but this is a very close second, pushing Hendricks into 3rd.
Heard great things about this, unfortunately not to my taste, over reliance on the grapefruit, almost bitterly dry.
Un gin très fin, de prime abord assez classique et sec, mais avec la composante thé qui apporte une dimension végétale fraiche fort sympathique.
To be honest I felt it was terrible. 6 Gin drinkers and I had this last night and not one of us was impressed. Bit rough around the edges.
Really love the star anise coming through. Even better with a star anise garnish and fever tree tonic. Love drinking this in Belfast.
