An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It's produced at The Shed Distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.
Bright citrus and green tea notes are complemented by the spices.

This has to be THE most complex brew I've ever tasted! It is heavy on the citrus flavors, which I absolutely loooove, but the juniper clearly comes through, as you would expect from a good gin. I get most of the flavors -- except the orris, which I don't know what it tastes like, and... the gunpowder tea! The angelica and coriander give subtle support in the background. This is such an a-ma-zing creation! Makes the most mind-blowing gin and tonic imho, but it is too good for any other mixer - just having it neat will do just fine
Didn't realize the Irish produce excellent gin! This was excellent! The herbs and the botanicals Product such a distinguished and elegant gin! Tried it with mango and chili.
Absolutely divine!!!! Has surpassed Ophir Gin as my favourite!!
