The distillery is set on the banks of the River Test, hence the name, and the gin is infused with handpicked meadowsweet flowers. We reckon its floral, honeyed nature would work rather well in a Gimlet if you feel like getting your cocktail game on.

I bought one bottle at the Winchester Cathedral Christmas Craft Fair and wished I bought about six. It is absolutely lovely with such a different taste from the Meadowsweet botanical. Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
