The folks over at The Newcastle Distillery Co. (in Newcastle, in case you didn't see that one coming) have taken the age old combination of rhubarb and ginger and whacked it into a gin! Housed in an opaque purple bottle, the tipple remains rather dry with a good helping of tartness and spice from its eponymous botanicals.

Dry, peppery juniper and coriander, supported by building ginger heat and a tart rhubarb finish.
