This blushing tipple is the work of The Newcastle Distilling Co, and Pink Gin gets it hue and flavour profile thanks to the addition of raspberries and strawberries. We reckon the fruity spirit should do rather well in a Gin Smash with the addition of fresh basil, lime and lots of ice!
