This delicious addition to the Elemental Cornish Gin range features the same 12 botanicals as the original expression (including Cornish chamomile, juniper, cassia, and more), alongside the addition of pure raspberry juice! It manages to balance the gin's spicy notes with generous helpings of bright, juicy red fruit notes, making for an excellent tipple to enjoy on a warm summer evening. Maybe by the Cornish coast...?

This gin is light, fruity and fresh, and doesn’t have the thick syrupy texture that some fruity gins do. Absolutely one of my favourite summer gins!
