The Edge Fruits of the Forest Gin
There’s one ingredient that makes The Edge Distillery in Congleton, Cheshire, standout – wolf berry. Also known as a goji berry, it’s known for its antioxidant powers and is the hero botanical in The Edge Gin. Using this as a base, the team has added blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to create this pink-hued flavoured gin. Serve over ice with tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon and strawberries.
