The Cambridge Distillery makes its Seasonal Gin twice a year using locally-sourced botanicals, resulting in a series of gins that will constantly change in their recipe. The Spring/Summer 2018 edition, for instance, features local honey, magnolia blossom and lemon balm.
Earthy at first with hints of basil and mint, though swiftly followed up by a burst of floral and zesty citrus.
